Le Puy En Velay

Le Puy is constructed in lava rocks, and the buildings, the cathedral most of all, is a congery of materials (lava, terracotta and sandstone) which create clear contrasts.

The narrow streets, branching off the starting point for Compostela, offer nice views of the history passed by the town.
